For example, the first word on this list is the word "comments." This is the plural noun form and can be used is a sentence like this: "Many comments have been made regarding free speech." But this word can also be used as a verb, for example: "The Prime Minister has commented that he enjoyed his visit to the city." This word is not commonly used  an adjective but it is possible, "The press secretary is a commenting fool!" and this word is never used as an adverb.
